- This fee applies to groups of 2 to 5 participants attending the Neftaly event in person at the preferred venue (e.g., Neftalopolis).
- The group fee provides access for all members to the full programme, including workshops, team-building activities, and event materials.
- Offers a discounted rate compared to individual fees, promoting collaborative participation.
- Group leader or designated contact must complete all required registration documentation for each participant.
- Payment must be made in full before the event to confirm registration.
- Receipts will be issued to the group contact upon payment confirmation.
Payment and Registration:
- Payments accepted via bank transfer, mobile money, or credit/debit card.
- Ensure all group members’ registration forms are submitted alongside payment.
- Group registration is not complete until payment is confirmed.
Refunds and Transfers:
- Group fees are non-refundable, except if the event is cancelled by Neftaly.
- Substitutions within the group are allowed with prior notice.
