Job Title: Neftaly Monthly SCHAR-15 Coordinator
Department: Program Management / Compliance
Reports To: Neftaly Program Director

Location: Remote / Neftaly Regional Office
Job Summary:
The Neftaly Monthly SCHAR-15 Coordinator is responsible for the collection, coordination, validation, and reporting of all program-related activities and compliance indicators as required under the SCHAR-15 monitoring and evaluation (M&E) framework. This role ensures timely submission of standardized monthly reports, aligned with Neftaly’s performance and quality assurance systems.
The Coordinator acts as a bridge between program implementation teams, administrative staff, and monitoring departments—ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data while helping improve program accountability and learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monthly Data Collection & Coordination
- Liaise with various Neftaly departments to collect monthly activity data relevant to SCHAR-15 indicators
- Organize regular check-ins with program leads to validate outputs, attendance, and engagement statistics
- Ensure all program reports and evidence align with Neftaly’s internal M&E and donor expectations
2. SCHAR-15 Compliance Tracking
- Maintain an up-to-date compliance matrix for all relevant SCHAR-15 categories (e.g., participation rates, training delivery, reporting deadlines, financial usage if applicable)
- Identify and flag any gaps in program performance or documentation, and escalate to the Program Director as needed
3. Monthly Report Compilation
- Compile and format the Neftaly Monthly SCHAR-15 Report using the approved template
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of all numerical, qualitative, and narrative data
- Submit the final version to the Program Director and designated review team by the 5th working day of each new month
4. Communication & Documentation
- Maintain clear internal communications with contributors (staff, trainers, regional coordinators)
- Archive all supporting documents (evidence logs, attendance sheets, screenshots, activity summaries, media links)
- Provide monthly summaries or briefs to support decision-making and transparency
5. Process Improvement
- Recommend improvements to the SCHAR-15 reporting process based on bottlenecks or recurring errors
- Assist in developing checklists, guides, or automation tools to streamline internal reporting practices
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, M&E, Public Administration, Development Studies, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in program coordination, compliance reporting, or monitoring & evaluation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, or other data processing/reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with nonprofit or international development reporting frameworks is an advantage
Working Schedule & Expectations:
- Coordinator must be available for monthly reporting cycles, especially during the last week of each month and the first week of the new month
- Remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Asana) will be used
- Flexibility is required during high-volume periods or in cases of audit reviews
Performance Indicators:
- On-time submission of Monthly SCHAR-15 Reports (by 5th of each month)
- Zero major reporting errors per quarterly audit
- 95%+ completeness of submitted data
- Positive feedback from program staff and leadership
