Neftaly Submission Materials – Event Poster for Promotion
As part of the Neftaly program, all finalists are required to submit an Event Poster designed for promotional purposes. This poster will be used by Neftaly across various media channels to highlight finalists and their projects, increasing visibility and engagement.
1. Purpose of the Event Poster
- To promote finalists of the Neftaly competition or program
- To create awareness and excitement about the event
- To showcase the finalist’s work or message effectively
- To provide a professional visual identity for the event
2. Who Must Submit
- Only finalists selected after the initial round of evaluation
- Submission is mandatory for all finalists to participate in promotional activities

- Contact or social media handles (optional, if allowed)
- Use of Neftaly branding colors and fonts (guidelines will be provided)
- Ensure all text is legible and well-contrasted against the background
5. Submission Process
- Finalists will receive an official request via email with a deadline for poster submission
- Posters must be submitted through the official Neftaly submission portal or designated email
- Late or incomplete submissions may disqualify finalists from promotional materials
6. Use of Submitted Posters
- Neftaly reserves the right to use posters on their website, social media, newsletters, and event displays
- Posters may be edited for formatting or branding consistency with prior notice to finalists
- Finalists retain ownership of the content but grant Neftaly non-exclusive rights to use the materials for promotion
7. Support and Resources
- Neftaly will provide a branding pack including logos, color codes, and font files
